Scrum Master/Program Manager

• Develop a strong understanding of the requirements and business priorities, to be able to drive the team towards project goals
• Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives etc) to ensure effective team collaboration and help eliminate obstacles hindering the teams progress
• Foster a culture of agility, encouraging team members to embrace Scrum principles and practices
• Own and deliver daily and daily / weekly status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency around project progress and deliverables
• Identify project / program risks and formulate relevant mitigation plans
• Coordinate with the client team and internal stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns
• Identify, recommend, and implement new technologies and tools to enhance project delivery, speed, and quality
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and responding to their evolving needs
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and feedback, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to seek efficiencies in software and business processes
• Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project / Program Manager or Scrum Master, with a focus on digital projects in B2B commerce
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Experience working with teams across different time zones and client-facing roles
• Ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Order-to-Cash process is a plus
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in engineering and development
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
