Scrum Master

What you’ll be doing?

You will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. You will help the team to remove barriers to successful implementation and enable continued focus on the task at hand. You will facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospective. You shall also identify and report progress via appropriate metrics.

What we seek in you:

• 5+Years relevant in agile methodologies and scrum
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Ensure SAFe framework is followed and promote Agile principles
• Remove impediments. Resolve blockers faced by the team and escalate to the RTE if necessary
• Act as a servant leader and coach for the development team
• Foster communication and collaboration between team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
• Track progress, maintain transparency, and ensure updates on sprint goals
• Support continuous improvement by driving retrospectives and implementing action items
