We are having Immediate opportunity for Scrum Master position with one of the top Hospitality related company for Hyderabad location.

Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) with discipline and energy.

• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance within the team.

• Partner with Product Owners to ensure clarity and prioritization of the product backlog.

• Identify and remove blockers or dependencies impacting team delivery, escalating as needed. • Track key metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to drive transparency and performance.

• Coordinate across multiple teams and departments in a matrixed environment to ensure alignment and progress.

Skill and Experience :

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced, agile software development environment.

• Proven success working in complex, matrixed teams or organizations.

• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

• Expertise in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.

• Experience working in scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.

• Background in QA, or product ownership.

• Advanced Scrum certification (A-CSM, PSM II) or Agile Coaching experience. Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Work location: Hyderabad, India. Work mode: Hybrid .
