Job Description

LTIMindtree hiring for Scrum master with SAFe agile.

Exp-8 to 12 yrs

Notice period-immediate to 15 days only

Agile techniques: TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, automated testing

Agile methods: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD

Do you have certification of SAFe Agilist (preferred) Or CSM ?-

Strong grasp of SAFe Agile framework.
Proficient in Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne.
Experience with SCM, enterprise software delivery, and engineering teams.
Familiarity with Agile techniques: TDD, ATDD, CI/CD, automated testing.
Knowledgeof other Agile methods: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD.

Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Lead up to 3 Agile teams delivering eCommerce roadmap.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, PI planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for cadence-based planning.
Track and share metrics (velocity, burndown, backlog health) to improve predictability.
Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Maintain alignment with Product Managers and Delivery Leaders on milestones.
Manage dependencies, risks, and escalate bottlenecks as needed.
Curate training content and process documentation.
Participate in leadership discussions with Agile insights.
May handle Atlassian admin tasks and manage Agile specialists.
