Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master & Product Owner with 8 to 13 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders through active listening and conflict resolution techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product backlog items.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Analyze project metrics to optimize processes and improve productivity.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum framework and Kanban boards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Experience with JIRA or similar project management tools is desirable.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
