Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user needs. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for application development teams. Conduct workshops, and surveys to identify and understand business challenges and opportunities. Solution Design and Application Configuration: Work closely with technical teams (developers, designers, architects) to define, design, and configure application solutions. Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows to represent application requirements and desired outcomes. Ensure solutions align with both business needs and IT capabilities. Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the creation of test plans, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for applications. Coordinate with QA teams to ensure that the application functions as expected and meets business requirements.
