The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, achieving business targets (loan disbursement, collections, and profitability), ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and efficient branch performance. Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets related to loan disbursement, recovery, and portfolio quality. Manage the day-to-day branch operations, including sales, collections, customer service, and administration. Lead, motivate, and guide the branch team — including field officers, telecallers, and support staff — to ensure productivity and target achievement. Maintain healthy portfolio quality (PAR, NPA control) through effective monitoring and timely action. Drive cross-selling of financial products as per company policy. Ensure proper documentation, KYC compliance, and adherence to internal audit and RBI/NBFC guidelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and local market influencers. Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with management. Oversee cash management, security, and overall discipline at the branch. Represent the company positively within the local community and uphold its reputation.
