Job Description

  • Advance Principal - Change Management is a key role within the Change Management function supporting Investment & Distribution Services. As a Project/ Change Manager, you will be responsible for executing projects/ initiatives and driving change in a diverse role that includes strategy planning/ execution, analytics, continuous improvement and other key governance for the function, while managing stakeholders expectations.
  • The role involves collaborating with internal functions and subject matter experts, to ensure project/ change is delivered in a timely, engaging, and effective manner.
  • The right individual will be a global problem solver , with a good understanding of Investment and Distribution Services and/or Investment-related activities.
  • This person should be a dynamic & critical thinker and a self-starter who encourages confidence and credibility.
  • Successful candidates will possess the professional competence and interpersonal skills to command the respect of senior leaders.
  • Other skills should include dedication to continual improvement in execution, a collaborative approach to win internal support, and influencing skills to work with global partners.
  • Manage a number of projects through the full project life cycle from the strategic project planning, execution and on to tactical activities
  • Ensure projects are well defined, aligned to business goals, well documented and appropriately reported
  • Ensure all risks and issues are understood, raised, prioritized and escalated (if appropriate) with sufficient time to enable resolution &/or independent decisions
  • Work with business, ops and support (Risk, Audit, Tech etc. ) functions to understand the guidelines and implications of project execution
  • Design, approval and implementation of detailed operating model changes
  • Ability to extract information, at all levels of the organization (individual contributor to senior management), to identify core problems/needs
  • Ability to conduct complex analysis and present data & insights in a meaningful ways
  • Ability to write system requirement specifications to include use cases, data models, assumptions, and mock-ups, when necessary
  • Prioritization of projects and project deliverables in line with functional strategy and stakeholder s requirements
  • Work closely with business functions to pro-actively identify & define opportunities for continuous improvement; build diagnostic and develop business cases
  • Management of Continuous Improvement agenda/ drive and shaping up project opportunities
  • Drive development of new CI tools and methodologies
  • Assist in the definition of performance metrics for all projects as well as business functions and drive governance around the same with stakeholders
  • Direct and co-ordinate change, risk, and communications management around the improvement projects underway and planned
  • Communicate project status frequently up and down the organization and suggest changes to use available capacity efficiently
  • Optimize the Continuous Improvement framework & establish control procedures
  • Contribute to various governance forums as appropriate
  • Must take ownership and accountability of working as primary point of contact for all Continuous Improvement initiatives, enhancements and projects being delivered from Hyderabad
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to resolve issues or improve the process for future state
