Description
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Technology/Delivery Manager to lead the execution of digital transformation initiatives across automation, low-code platforms, and system integration. This role requires strong technical understanding, project management capability, and leadership skills to work closely with Solution Engineers, Technical Specialists, and Business Teams. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery of solutions involving RPA, Power Platform, IDP, API integrations, and DevOps pipelines. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Own and drive solution delivery lifecycle from planning through execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. • Collaborate with solution engineers and technical specialists to shape and review solution designs across technologies like Power Platform, RPA, IDP, APIs, and ServiceNow. • Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans, aligning resources and timelines across multiple teams. • Manage delivery roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and status tracking using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and ensure timely resolution/escalation. • Monitor development and deployment through DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Ensure solution quality by enforcing best practices, governance frameworks, and security policies. • Coordinate with business users for UAT, sign-offs, and training during handovers. • Prepare and present delivery updates, dashboards, and reports to senior stakeholders. • Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture across cross-functional teams. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience • 8–12 years of experience in technology delivery or program/project management roles, preferably in enterprise IT or consulting setups. • Proven track record in leading delivery of digital transformation initiatives involving: o Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) o RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop) o IDP tools (e.g., ABBYY, Azure Form Recognizer, Document AI) o API and integration platforms o DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Strong technical understanding of solution architecture, delivery dependencies, and integration points. • Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and modules is preferred. • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications • PMP / Prince2 / Agile Scrum Master certifications. • Power Platform or RPA tool certifications (PL-200, PL-600, UiPath Certified Professional, etc.) • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. • Experience managing hybrid teams (onshore/offshore).
