Position: Permanent Role: Scrum Master Experience: 6–10 years Work Location: Chennai Shift Timing: 4pm – 1am Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Budget: 26Lpa Job Brief A Scrum Master is a key facilitator and servant-leader who helps Agile teams work efficiently by ensuring Scrum principles and practices are followed. They guide the team through Agile ceremonies, remove impediments that block progress, and foster a collaborative environment. The Scrum Master acts as a bridge between the product owner, development team, and stakeholders, enabling clear communication and smooth project delivery. Their role is crucial in promoting continuous improvement, supporting team self-organization, and driving successful project outcomes within Agile frameworks. Job Duties Include • Solid experience in Sprint activities, identifying priorities and dependencies. • Good experience in effectively managing the product backlog using tools like JIRA / ADO. • Arrange and optimize product backlog. • Help communicate the owner’s wish list to the project team. • Organize scrum ceremonies. • Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time with right quality. • Good Experience in Risk identification and mitigation. • Manage and Deliver application development projects. • Manage scope, risks and issues. • Track and control the schedule, resources, and costs. • Facilitate Scrum Collaborations and Co-ordinate with the project stake holders. • Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity. Responsibilities Manage and Deliver application development projects using Agile methodology • Should have good communication skills. • Responsible for leadership and direction of the project, business teams, scrum teams, technical teams, and endusers in achieving the corporate deliverables on-time. • Collaborate with other client IT and Business teams to deliver the Project with High Standards. • Ability to handle the team dynamics. Requirements 7 to 8+ Years in application delivery. • 4+ Years in delivering projects as a Scrum Master. • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines. • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence. • Willing to extend, learn and act as project coordinator and single point of contact for the client stakeholders • Experience in handling client stakeholders with minimal dependency and drive the entire project deliverables • Have direct coordination with client and project team • Experience in handling project deliverables with defined SLAs through SDLC cycle • Experience in handling Salesforce projects or other CRM applications • Have experience in working with client project team which is totally remote and have both offshore/onsite Key Skills Good in presentation skills. • Strong MS Office skills (Excel / PPT/ Word etc.,). • Project management Tools like Atlassian JIRA/Azure DevOps (ADO). • Good in Communication skills (Verbal and Written). • Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; meet challenging timelines. • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence Show more Show less
