Job Description

As a Scrum Master, you’ll be the driving force behind our Agile delivery process. You’ll facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and remove impediments to keep work flowing smoothly. Acting as a servant leader, you’ll foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the team. Your role is critical in ensuring predictable delivery and helping the team achieve sprint goals while maintaining a culture of adaptability and excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure clear communication and collaboration.
  • Coaching: Embed Agile principles, foster self-organization, and mentor the team toward continuous improvement.
  • Impediment Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve blockers or dependencies to maintain delivery flow.
  • Process Optimization: Drive iterative improvements using metrics, retrospectives, and best practices for efficiency and quality.
  • Coordination: Align with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to manage dependencies and support predictable delivery.
  • Sprint Management: Monitor team progress, track ticket status, estimate effort, and coordinate task allocation based on team capacity to ensure sprint goals are met.

Skills You’ll Need

  • Agile Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, with deep knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks.
  • Delivery & Planning: Skilled in sprint planning, effort estimation, and capacity management to ensure predictable delivery.
  • Progress & Issue Management: Strong ability to track team progress, manage dependencies, and remove impediments promptly.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent at fostering transparency and alignment across teams, Product Owners, and stakeholder
