Job Description

The Technical Delivery Manager or Scrum Master plays a critical role in leading agile software delivery, ensuring high-quality technical outcomes, and enabling efficient team performance. This position combines delivery ownership with agile facilitation, working closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
include facilitating agile practices such as Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, tracking team velocity, and coaching team members on Agile principles and self-organization
The role also involves overseeing end-to-end technical delivery, maintaining delivery plans, coordinating backlog refinement, identifying risks, and monitoring project KPIs
Additionally, the manager acts as the primary point of contact for technical delivery, partnering with product management, engineering leads, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to align technical possibilities with business priorities
Technical oversight is essential to ensure architecture and solutions meet quality, scalability, and performance standards, while supporting best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes
Beyond delivery, the role emphasizes continuous improvement, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and innovation, and mentoring team members for professional growth
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in technical delivery or Scrum Master roles, a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and proficiency with Agile tools
Preferred qualifications include Scrum Master and Agile certifications, a technical background in software development or cloud technologies, and experience with DevOps practices and distributed team environments
