We are now expanding our team of experts and looking for a talented Scrum Master to join us remotely or from our Mumbai location.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master (25 years) to drive Agile delivery for cross-functional teams building scalable digital platforms and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Scrum frameworks, servant leadership, removing impediments, and enabling high-performing teams. Experience working with distributed teams and multi-country implementations, especially in LATAM, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Coaching

• Guide the team on Scrum principles, Agile frameworks, and best practices to deliver high-value solutions.
  
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
  
• Act as a servant leader, fostering a culture of trust, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  

Team Support & Delivery Management

• Identify, track, and help remove impediments that block team progress.
  
• Shield the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
  
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy backlog and clear user stories.
  
• Support teams working with marketing, loyalty, or customer engagement data.
  

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Enable coordination with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders across different geographies.
  
• Ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
  
• Support multi-country configurations and regional delivery, with emphasis on LATAM regions if required.
  

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts, team health).
  
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and action plans.
  
• Encourage adoption of Agile tools and collaboration platforms.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master in technology or software development projects.
  
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  
• Deep understanding of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and servant leadership principles.
  
• Hands-on experience working with distributed or remote teams.
  
• Experience supporting projects involving marketing or loyalty-related customer data is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar.
  
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Advanced certifications like Advanced CSM (A-CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Scrum Master.
  
• Experience in multi-country or regional rollouts (LATAM preferred).
  
• Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices in Agile delivery.
  
• Exposure to Salesforce, cloud platforms, or digital experience projects.
  
• Multilingual capabilities or experience working in multi-cultural teams.
