Position Overview:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with design, development, and business teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor project progress using tools like Trello, Notion, or Jira.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Conduct regular status meetings and maintain clear documentation of project milestones.
• Ensure resource availability and optimal allocation based on project needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• Proven track record of managing web or digital product development projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Notion, Jira, or similar).
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with web technologies, UI/UX workflows, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing cross-functional teams.
• Interest in innovation, digital trends, and startup culture.
