Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience and a strong background in Agile methodologies, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning and ensure the team is aligned with project goals.
  • Remove impediments or guide teams to do so by working closely with Product Owners and Development Teams.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
  • Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders through daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
