As a Scrum Master at our company, your role will involve leading the product functional design process based on a deep understanding of the users and technology. Your responsibilities will include: - Helping software development teams apply the Scrum framework - Managing each project's scope and timeline - Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups - Coaching team members in Agile frameworks - Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration - Working with product owners/Business Analysts to handle backlogs and new requests - Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur - Helping teams implement changes effectively - Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint - Guiding development teams to higher scrum maturity - Building a productive environment where team members own the product and enjoy working on it - Partnering with stakeholders and customers to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization - Defining the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers with user-focused departments - Prioritizing and maintaining the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements - Developing and maintaining appropriate tracking and reporting of product post-launch Qualifications required for this role include: - Master in Business Administration - Minimum 4+ years relevant experience as a Scrum Master and 8+ years in the IT industry; Scrum Master certification is a plus - Familiarity with software development - Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts - Excellent communication and servant leadership skills - Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability - Fintech domain experience is an added advantage - Successful track record of developing products within deadlines - Excellent attention to detail - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - Creative and innovative thinker - Easy flexibility & adaptability What will excite you about this role is the opportunity for complete ownership and independence of execution, the ability to experiment, fail, and learn quickly, working with a high-caliber team, and contributing to every area of the business to have a real impact with your work.
