Role & responsibilities

• Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies
• Lead the development team to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery
• Provide team-level capacity inputs Review team capacity against feature load
• Surface team-level dependencies and blockers
• Foster continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to Agile framework
• Remove impediments
• Coordinates with other Scrum Masters in ART Sync or Scrum of Scrums

Preferred candidate profile

• Safe experience is Mandatory
• Safe Certification would be added Advantage
