Your future duties and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Act as Scrum Master for ERP product development teams. • Drive end-to-end project delivery from planning to execution. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles. • Demonstrate servant leadership by supporting and empowering team members. • Lead release planning, sprint planning, estimation, and execution. • Proactively identify and resolve impediments affecting team performance. • Communicate project risks, status, and issues to stakeholders effectively. • Coach and mentor team members to foster a high-performance culture. • Conduct interviews and support hiring and succession planning. • Promote continuous improvement and implement best practices. • Ensure compliance with quality standards and face audits confidently. Must-Have Skills: • Proven experience as a Scrum Master (minimum 3 years). • Strong understanding of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts. • Solid foundation in Agile principles and practices. • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in software development (Java preferred). • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Good-to-Have Skills: • Experience in ERP product development. • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with quality audits and process improvement initiatives. • Familiarity with productivity and performance management techniques.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
