Role Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team:

In this role, you will

● Work cross-functionally across various engineering teams to implement and facilitate Scrum events, including: sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.

● Remove impediments escalated through the engineering teams you support to ensure continuous team progress toward deadlines, deliverables and goals.

● Foster and nurture collaborative environments with the engineering team(s) you support through facilitation of communication and alignment amongst engineers, engineering leaders, leadership, product leaders and stakeholders.

● Ensure the engineering teams you support abide by Scrum principles and best practices.

● Provide value proposition and coaching on Scrum/agile practices, principles, and values.

● Develop KPIs for Scrum/agile metrics and provide data to the teams you support to help identify areas of continuous improvement.

● Gain a deep understanding of our product and become involved in driving out our product implementation.

● Remain informed about industry best practices and trends in Scrum/agile methodologies.

If you’re right for this role, you

● Have a strong knowledge of Scrum and agile principles, methodologies, and best practices.

● Have strong familiarity with software engineering processes, especially in the SaaS/e-commerce industry.

● Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically the ability to facilitate productive environments and meetings.

● Are comfortable in a fast-paced, pragmatic work environment

● Experience working in a remote team

● Are a strong written and verbal communicator; Advanced English language skills
