Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in project management or practicing scrum, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Roles and Responsibility Facilitate agile meetings and ceremonies for teams, ensuring purposes are met effectively. Coach agile best practices to the scrum team and continuously ensure adherence to these practices. Support enterprise agile adoption and maturity across the organization by identifying and implementing changes to solve organizational impediments. Collaborate with the team and leadership to reinforce and teach agile best practices. Drive improvements in culture, processes, and delivery. Communicate changes, goals, timelines, and results to stakeholders. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. One or more agile certifications preferred (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Energetic and skilled at engaging with diverse team members. Ability to learn quickly and teach others what works and what doesn't. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Effective organization and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to influence and negotiate with a diverse population. Ability to support, affect, and implement change.
