Scrum Master Associate 1

As a Scrum Master at RSM, you will play a crucial role in promoting agile best practices within teams, focusing on alignment with business objectives, continuous improvement, and value delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Act as a change agent by promoting agile best practices and facilitating enterprise agile adoption and maturity - Serve as a point of contact to help others understand and implement agile best practices - Lead and support the scrum team by addressing concerns, clearing blockers, and facilitating agile meetings to ensure alignment with goals - Coach the team on agile best practices and drive continuous improvement in culture, processes, and delivery - Collaborate with team and leadership to reinforce agile best practices and drive positive change - Communicate changes, goals, timelines, and results effectively and assist in implementing training programs Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - One or more agile certifications preferred (e.g. CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO, SAFe) In addition to technical skills, you should possess: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to engage with team members of diverse personalities - Strong Microsoft Office skills - Effective organization and time management skills - Strong attention to detail Experience in project management or practicing scrum is preferred, along with leadership skills such as the ability to influence, negotiate, and drive change.
