What You’ll Do :

• Script Writing

  : Develop engaging, platform-specific scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram reels, and podcasts

• Content Strategy

  : Partner with the growth and content teams to shape narratives that attract and retain audiences

• Adaptation & Repurposing

  : Transform long-form content into short-form, cross-platform formats while preserving impact

• Podcast Scripting

  : Write episode outlines, interview questions, and support hosts with structured storytelling

• Growth Optimization

  : Leverage analytics, trends, and platform algorithms to refine scripts for maximum reach and engagement

• Collaboration

  : Work with editors, designers, and producers to ensure content aligns with brand voice and growth goals

.What We’re Looking For :

• Proven track record of writing scripts that scaled content on YouTube/Instagram (portfolio or samples required)
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Exposure to podcast scripting/production is highly desirable
• Understanding of audience growth levers—algorithms, retention strategies, and content hooks
• Ability to balance creative storytelling with data-driven insights
• Excellent collaboration skills with both creative and growth-focused teams
