Script Writing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Script Creation:

  Write engaging scripts for influencer videos, reels, and social content that reflect both the brand and the creator’s style.

• Content Harmonization:

  Align brand messaging, product positioning, and creator tone to produce authentic and persuasive content.

• Trend Analysis:

  Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and content styles to create viral-worthy scripts.

• Cross-Industry Understanding:

  Craft content for creators across diverse sectors — FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, tech, etc.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the influencer marketing team, designers, and video editors to ensure scripts are executable and aligned with campaign goals.

• Creative Ideation:

  Suggest hooks, storylines, and narrative structures that enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness.

• Feedback Integration:

  Revise and refine scripts based on client or creator feedback while maintaining authenticity and brand voice.

• Knowledge Sharing:

  Help the team understand the nuances of platform-specific content creation and trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience writing scripts or content for influencers/creators, digital campaigns, or branded content.
• Strong understanding of

  brand messaging, storytelling, and creator voice

  .
• Ability to research products, audiences, and market trends quickly and integrate insights into scripts.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to produce concise, punchy, and persuasive scripts.
• Familiarity with

  trending content formats

  across Instagram, YouTube, and short-video platforms.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced startup, taking ownership of end-to-end content creation.
