Responsible for Overall Security , Admin, Safety and Plant Infrastructure for Sintex Business LocationsJob Title
SBAPL_Head Central Services Security Framework & Security Plant Implementation: - Responsible for creating overall Security Framework for all Business locations - Ensuring Planning , implementing and monitoring security Protocols covering Security manpower deployment monitoring their performance and taking corrective actions wherever required - Creating SOPs and implementing stringent security systems/ measures to establish and maintain high security standards and protect the business asset 2. Administration Management: - Responsible for overall Site Management, Administration and facility management like canteen ,colony (wherever applicable. Transportation Management etc. 3. Support for Admin Service Development for New Projects: - Work closely with Central Project Team for Setting up of Infrastructure required at new upcoming Plant Sites Responsible for establishing SOP/ Guidelines for all the functions 4. Safety: - Responsible for developing and implementing health and safety plans (OHS., enforcing policies, and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines - Finalizing Safety Audit Plan and its implementation - Identifying correction action required if any - Ensuring implementation of Mandatory Safety Training 5. Local Level Infrastructure Development: - Responsible for any local level Infrastructure changes/ Development in coordination with Central Project Team 6. Consequence Management: - Setting up Consequence Management Framework at Sites and ensuring Adherence 7. Welspun Groups Best Practices/ SOPs: - Understand Welspun Groups Best practices in place in Central Services and Implement as per Business requirement - Work and Take support of Group's Central Services so that Sintex SOP's are aligned with Overall Groups 8. External Representation in coordination: '- Representing the organization amongst enforcement authorities, local administrative authorities and political establishment on matters of labor laws, permissions & renewals in coordination with CASPC Team 9. Governance: - Regular governance in safety, security and administrative services to ensure controlPrincipal Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & General ManagementLead and manage all administrative functions across offices/sites.Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and systems for efficient operations.Oversee travel, transport, office services, mailroom, pantry, and reception.Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety requirements. Facility & Infrastructure ManagementPlan, manage, and maintain physical infrastructure, office premises, and utilities.Supervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and maintenance services.Drive workplace safety, sustainability, and energy-efficiency initiatives.Ensure business continuity through effective disaster recovery and emergency preparedness. Vendor & Contract ManagementIdentify, negotiate, and manage service providers/vendors for facilities, security, travel, etc.Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and ensure cost-effectiveness.Build long-term partnerships while maintaining strict quality standards. Budgeting & Cost OptimizationPrepare and manage annual budgets for administration and facilities.Optimize costs without compromising quality, compliance, or employee experience.Track and control expenses through effective planning and reporting. People & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor the administration and facilities team.Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership to support organizational goals.Ensure employee satisfaction by creating a safe, efficient, and supportive workplace.Key Interactions
