SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support a key client.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation:

Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.

• Configuration & Setup:

Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.

• Integration Management:

Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central

• Reporting & Analytics:

Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.

• Documentation & Training:

Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals etc.

• SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise: Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.

• Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.

• Creating reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators.

• Security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, especially related to sensitive HR data.

• Data migration strategies and tools.

• MDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configuration.

• Resolving issues and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations.

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

• Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other module-specific certifications

• Integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs

• Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP solutions (like SAP ERP HCM) and external systems.

• Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile

• Knowledge of SAP IAS Configuration

• Experience with SAP Joule
