SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support a key client.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation:

Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.

Configuration & Setup:

Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.

Integration Management:

Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central

Reporting & Analytics:

Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.

Documentation & Training:

Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.

Required Skills and Experience:

SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals etc.

SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise: Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.

Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.

Creating reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators.

Security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, especially related to sensitive HR data.

Data migration strategies and tools.

MDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configuration.

Resolving issues and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations.

Nice To Have Skills and Experience:

Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other module-specific certifications

Integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs

Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP solutions (like SAP ERP HCM) and external systems.

Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile

Knowledge of SAP IAS Configuration

Experience with SAP Joule
