Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant based in the Mohali district. The consultant will design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, and provide strategic consulting. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, managing system integrations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting master data management. The consultant will also ensure seamless system functionality and deliver high-quality results that align with client objectives.

About the Role

CloudSculpts Solutions Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of IT Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors). This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the SAP domain.

Selected candidates will undergo a 4 internship, during which they will receive training in the SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Module. Upon successful completion of the internship and relevant certification, candidates will become eligible for full-time employment with the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Human Resources or a related technical field, master’s degree strongly preferred.

• Basic understanding of coding and database structures
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues while optimizing processes.
• Training & Support: Competence in conducting training sessions and providing ongoing assistance to end-users.
• Documentation: Skilled in preparing and maintaining detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.

Compensation Details

• Stipened during Internship: ₹10,000 per month
• Post-Internship Salary: Up to ₹6,60,000 (Maximum Potential CTC / On-Target Earnings)
