Sales Manager – SAP Services / Business Development Manager

Role Objective:

To drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding SAP service engagements across domestic and international markets. The role demands consultative selling, strategic relationship building, and deep understanding of SAP service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SAP implementation and support services.
• As a strategic partner for clients seeking post-implementation handholding and project completion.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across targeted industries and geographies.
• Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions.
• Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams to drive consultative sales.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Candidate Profile:

• 5–7 years of experience in IT services sales, with proven exposure to SAP services.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules, implementation lifecycle, and support models.
• Experience in selling to enterprise clients and managing long sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing/IT or equivalent.
• Exposure to SAP partner ecosystem or SAP certifications is a plus.

Delhi NCR and South India Region

Compensation:

“As per industry standards + performance incentives”

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
