Urgent Hiring!! Position:- Pre Primary Teacher Location:- Borivali East Mumbai experience- 1-3 years Qualification:- Graduate, ECCed , Montesory certified, B.Ed. Salary:- 25k to 30 k Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development & Implementation: Creating and adapting lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, including hands-on activities, storytelling, and creative expression. Classroom Management & Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, ensuring the well-being of all children, and managing behavior effectively. Child Development & Support: Observing and assessing individual child progress, providing individualized support, and collaborating with parents to address developmental needs. Communication & Collaboration: Building strong relationships with parents, communicating effectively about child progress, and working collaboratively with other teachers and staff. Promoting Social-Emotional Growth: Fostering positive social interactions, teaching conflict resolution skills, and nurturing self-esteem and confidence. Enhancing Creativity & Curiosity: Encouraging imaginative play, providing opportunities for creative expression, and sparking curiosity about the world. Preparing for Primary School: Laying the foundation for academic success by introducing basic literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills. Continuing Professional Development: Staying up-to-date on the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
