SAP Sales Manager

Position:

Role Overview

The SAP Sales Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales cycles for SAP solutions including S/4HANA migrations, AMS, and implementation projects. The candidate must possess a solid understanding of SAP service offerings, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage client relationships at a CXO level.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities for SAP and IT consulting services.
• Identify potential clients using market research, existing networks, and referrals.
• Lead the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design and present client proposals.
• Build strong relationships with SAP ecosystem partners and OEM teams.
• Understand client pain points and align AIS offerings to address business needs.
• Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records accurately.
• Participate in marketing events, webinars, and client meetings for brand visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT.

• 3–4 years of proven SAP / ERP solution sales experience

  in India.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, AMS, etc.) and migration roadmap.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
• Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and business proposal writing.
• Existing relationships with SAP customers or partner ecosystem preferred.
