SAP Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a SAP Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing the SAP solutions business. Your deep understanding of SAP products and services, strong client relationship skills, and proven track record of exceeding sales targets will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales and revenue growth for SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SAP Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, etc. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted verticals and regions. - Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients and stakeholders. - Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to develop customized solutions. - Prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for clients. - Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals. - Stay updated with SAP product developments and market trends. - Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. - Represent the company at SAP events, conferences, and trade shows. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 8+ years in SAP solution sales. - Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem and enterprise software landscape. - Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales targets in a B2B environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP CRM.
