We are seeking a Sales Manager for our growing team in India. **Role Overview:** As a Sales Manager at Westernacher, your responsibilities will include: - Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients in the region while acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. - Developing and executing sales strategies to drive SAP product and service sales. - Managing client relationships by understanding their unique business needs and proposing tailored SAP solutions. - Managing and nurturing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts and sales reports to the management team. - Expanding the business with existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling activities. - Proactively engaging in consultative selling and converting business challenges into IT enablement solutions. - Collaborating with other practice leaders/peers to achieve common goals. - Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) of the company for transactional and operational transactions like AR, SOW, etc. - Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. **Qualifications Required:** To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management or sales management, preferably handling mid to large accounts in the Indian market. - Experience in sales and key account management for SAP technology. - Ability to manage CXO-level relationships, strong business acumen, customer relationship management skills, and the ability to lead these relationships to engagements. - Experience in managing SAP alliance relationships and having an existing SAP relationship. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. - Strong communication skills (verbal & written) and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and any CRM software (e.g., MS CRM). - Prior experience in handling SAP Supply Chain services is preferred. **Additional Company Details:** Westernacher offers: - Inspiring and exciting, innovative working environment. - Competitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, benefits). - International company culture and minimal hierarchical structure. - Opportunity to work on complex projects from different industries and enhance your business process know-how. - Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model.,
