SAP SD Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in

  end-to-end SAP SD implementation

  projects including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and support.
• Configure core SD processes such as:
• Sales order management
• Delivery and shipment processing
• Billing and invoicing
• Pricing and tax procedures (GST/VAT)
• Returns, credit/debit memos, rebate agreements
• Work on

  both ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA

  platforms and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Integrate SD processes with MM, FI, and other modules and ensure seamless data flow.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Manage system testing, user training, and documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot business-critical issues.
• Engage in data migration activities using LSMW/LTMC and manage cutover planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of enhancements and service requests per SLA.

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of relevant SAP SD functional experience.
• Minimum

  2 full-cycle end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects

  .
• Strong configuration skills in ECC 6.0 and hands-on experience in

  S/4HANA

  (Greenfield or Conversion).
• In-depth knowledge of the

  order-to-cash (O2C)

  business process and SD-FI/MM integrations.
• Familiarity with smartforms, output determination, IDoc, EDI processes.
• Basic debugging knowledge and ability to work with ABAPers.
• Understanding of FIORI applications related to SD in S/4HANA.

Good to Have:

• SAP SD Certification (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experience with international rollouts or localization (e.g., GST, VAT, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SAP CRM, TM, or GTS is an advantage.

Education:

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
