Role Overview

SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement

  SAP SD module

  including pricing, billing, shipping, credit management, and sales order processing.
• Work on

  end-to-end implementation

  , rollouts, and support projects.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  (MM, FI, PP) for seamless integration.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into

  functional specifications

  .
• Handle

  customization and enhancements

  using user exits and BAPIs.
• Provide

  production support

  , troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare

  documentation

  , conduct

  unit testing

  , and support

  UAT

  .
• Train end-users and provide

  post-go-live support

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in SAP SD module.
• Strong knowledge of

  Order-to-Cash (OTC) process

  .
• Expertise in

  pricing procedures, tax configurations, and credit management

  .
• Experience in

  integration with MM and FI modules

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  IDocs, ALE, and EDI

  .
• Good understanding of

  ABAP debugging

  for issue resolution.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  S/4HANA SD

  .
• Exposure to

  GST implementation

  and localization for India.
• SAP SD certification is a plus.
