Role Overview

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities

·       Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud FICO implementations, rollouts, and support.

·       Gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and create functional specs.

·       Configure and enhance FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Profitability Analysis, Legal Fiscal Reporting, FSV

Migration Cockpit

·       Experience in Intercompany business process mapping

Finance-related integrations

·       Strong understanding of integration points and Public APIs to integrate with 3^rd party applications

·       Work closely with stakeholders and other SAP teams (SD, MM, PS, PM, SM etc.) for integrated process delivery.

·       Support testing, data migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.

·       Build cutover strategy and drive cutover execution

·       Provide user training and create process documentation.

·       Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud releases and promote adoption of SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

minimum 1–2 full-cycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations

·       Strong understanding of financial business processes (P2P, O2C, R2R) and statutory compliance in India (e.g., GST, TDS).

·       Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach, and Fiori-based user experience.

·       Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·       SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification (Public Cloud preferred).

·       Exposure to tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Group Reporting, or SAP BTP (desirable but not mandatory).
