Management Trainee-Business Development

As a Management Trainee Business Development, you will be responsible for handling top tier IT clients, dealing in Contract to Hire roles, and onboarding candidates. Your key duties will include building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the fulfillment of project needs by sourcing suitable candidates. Additionally, you will be handling escalations effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills both written and verbal, excellent analytical and presentation skills, experience in team handling, and a post-graduate degree from a Tier 1 college. This opportunity is open to both freshers and individuals with up to 1 year of experience. The position is based in Delhi for candidates residing in Delhi and Jaipur for candidates located in Jaipur. Candidates willing to relocate can opt for Delhi. This is a work from office role with working days from Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 3rd Saturdays off. The office locations are in Delhi (NSP-Pritampura) and Jaipur (Malviya Nagar).
