Key Responsibilities Define and own the solution architecture for S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations across multiple functional areas (Finance, Project Systems, Procurement, Sales, Asset management etc.) Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and guide customers in adopting best practices and standard SAP processes Translate business requirements into an end-to-end cloud architecture with a focus on extensibility, integration, and compliance Collaborate with SAP and customer stakeholders to influence the product roadmap and leverage the SAP Activate methodology Oversee configuration, development, and integration activities to ensure architectural alignment Act as a trusted advisor to clients for roadmap planning, upgrade strategies, and transformation journeys Ensure adherence to SAP public cloud guardrails and lifecycle governance Provide guidance on extensibility (Key User extensibility, in-app and side-by-side) using SAP BTP Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP innovations, release changes, and roadmap items. Ability to work on multiple projects — including implementation, enhancement, and support with the maturity of handling parallel streams. Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ABAP + Fiori Consultant (6–8 Years) Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ABAP + Fiori Consultant with 6–8 years of overall experience in SAP, including strong hands-on knowledge of ABAP development , Fiori/UI5 applications , and S/4HANA Public Cloud extensibility . The ideal candidate should be capable of working with business users and functional teams to design and deliver scalable, clean, and upgrade-safe solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom logic using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) for S/4HANA Public Cloud. Build and extend Fiori Elements or SAPUI5 applications using Business Application Studio (BAS). Use Key-User Extensibility tools and Developer Extensibility (Embedded Steampunk) in S/4HANA Cloud to meet customer requirements. Perform side-by-side extensions using BTP when needed. Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and convert requirements into technical solutions. Work with OData services, CDS Views , and annotations for Fiori-based UIs. Debug and resolve issues in custom applications and SAP standard enhancements using extensibility framework. Ensure compliance with S/4HANA Public Cloud upgrade-safe development standards. Participate in project planning, technical documentation, and deployment activities. Follow Agile delivery methodology and DevOps practices including transport management. Required Skills & Experience: 6–8 years of SAP experience, with at least 3+ years in S/4HANA Public Cloud or S/4HANA ABAP on Cloud environment . Strong expertise in ABAP RAP , CDS Views , AMDP , and OData . Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and Fiori Elements-based apps . Knowledge of Business Application Studio , BTP , CAP (Cloud Application Programming) is a plus. Familiarity with In-App Extensibility (Key User Tools) like custom fields, custom logic, and custom business objects. Experience in using Extensibility Cockpit and Adaptation Project tools. Understanding of S/4HANA Cloud upgrade cycles and best practices for cloud-compliant development. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in S/4HANA ABAP , Fiori Development , or S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility . Prior experience in SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) . Exposure to clean core principles and fit-to-standard implementation methodology. Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
