Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support

  ABAP objects

   (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows) in ECC.
• Work with

  FI functional consultants

   to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support

  FI-related developments

   such as journal entries, payment programs, validations/substitutions, and integration with MM, SD, and CO.
• Create and optimize

  classical/interactive reports, ALV reports, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, and User Exits

  .
• Develop and maintain

  SmartForms, SAPScripts, and Adobe Forms

   for finance documents (invoices, payment advices, dunning letters, etc.).
• Work with

  IDocs and interfaces

   for FI-related integrations.
• Debug and resolve technical issues in

  FI custom developments and enhancements

  .
• Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and conduct unit testing.
• Collaborate with functional and basis teams during transports and deployments.
• Communicate effectively with

  US-based client teams

   for requirement gathering, status updates, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of SAP experience with a strong focus on

  ECC ABAP development

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  FI-related developments

   (validations, substitutions, enhancements).
• Strong expertise in

  Reports, ALV, BDC, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, User Exits

  .
• Experience with

  FI forms

   (SmartForms, SAPScripts, Adobe Forms).
• Knowledge of

  FI integration

   with MM, SD, and CO.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Comfortable working

  India-based night shift aligned with US CDT hours

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification in

  ABAP

   or

  SAP FI

  .
• Experience in

  ECC upgrade or migration projects

  .
• Familiarity with

  S/4HANA conversion projects

   (a plus, but not mandatory).
