SAP Project Manager


  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure SAP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and SAP consultants to align project objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including functional and technical SAP specialists.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project escalations.
  • Ensure proper governance and adherence to project methodologies (Agile, ASAP, or Activate).
  • Ensure SAP system design and configurations meet business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Oversee testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) and ensure issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource costs.
  • Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Track and analyze project KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for SAP project management.
  • Support knowledge transfer, training, and user adoption.
  • Contribute to long-term SAP roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
