Role: SAP Project ManagerLocation: Offshore / IndiaStart Date: Early NovemberEnd Date: December 31, 2026 (extension possible)

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP project manager to assist our customer in a global roll-out of SAP S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities

Support PMO activities including project onboarding, status reporting, and maintaining RAID logs.
Execute updates and reporting across key tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Concur.
Maintain and distribute project documentation, dashboards, and reports to drive program visibility.
Partner with functional leads and the PMO to escalate issues, track dependencies, and monitor progress.
Provide administrative and coordination support across the program as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, in large-scale ERP or SAP programs.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (ADO, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Concur)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
