Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, business users, and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Conduct regular project reviews, status reporting, and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage change requests and ensure successful go-live and post-implementation support.
  

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP projects, with at least 3+ years as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP modules and integration points.
• Proven track record in project planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• PMP / Prince2 / SAP Activate certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
