One Identity Manager Senior Engineer (L3/L4 Support) Remote Job Description: Responsible for day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the One Identity Manager platform. Provides L3 break/fix support, implements changes, and contributes to automation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Perform system/job queue monitoring, patching, configuration, and upgrades Manage dynamic role and policy configurations Handle bulk data imports, reports, minor bug fixes, and daily Jira updates Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated beyond L1/L2 Document changes and standard operating procedures Participate in release testing and contribute to continuous improvement Skills & Experience: 3-5 years working with One Identity Manager Strong skills in workflows, job chains, role models, attestation, and connectors Familiarity with SQL Server and PowerShell scripting Experience in agile environments and Jira usage
