SAP PP/QM Consultant

Job Summary:

• As an SAP PPQM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. You will work closely with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to streamline production processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Experience with ECC & SAP S/4HANA and data migration tools like LSMW

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP PP modules: Work Center, Routing, BOM, MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
• Configure and support SAP QM modules: Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Certificates.
• Analyze production processes and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Support shop floor operations and production execution.
• Implement inspection plans, sampling procedures, and defect recording.
• Integrate QM with PP, MM, and SD for end-to-end quality control.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and UAT with business users.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve complex issues.
• Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• SAP PP : 5 years (Preferred)
