We are seeking a Power BI Specialist with strong expertise in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and enhancing enterprise-grade BI solutions that drive actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Assess existing Power BI dashboards and identify performance bottlenecks. Redesign and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and queries to improve speed and scalability. Implement best practices in data modeling, ETL integration, and report design. Collaborate with analytics and business teams to ensure reports are accurate, efficient, and userfriendly. Provide knowledge transfer and recommendations for long-term dashboard governance.
Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in BI/analytics with at least 5+ years hands-on in Power BI. Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), and data model design.Proven track record in optimizing dashboard performance for large and complex datasets. Familiarity with SQL, cloud data platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and data warehousing. Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Nice-to-Have: Experience with financial services datasets. Exposure to AI/ML integration with BI tools.

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
