SAP PP/QM Consultant

Skills Required

• Should possess sound knowledge in PP Master data Material master / BOM / WC and Routing management, Change numbers & Relevant notifications, Approved manufacturing Part list (AMPC), CIS /CIR Classification Info records/ Classification info system, Engg change management and hands on C- folders (Portal related applications)
  

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP PP master data including Material Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Centers, Routing, Change Numbers, and relevant notifications.
• Handle Approved Manufacturing Part List (AMPC), CIS/CIR Classification Info Records, and Classification Info System effectively.
• Oversee Engineering Change Management processes and work hands-on with C-Folders (portal-related applications).
• Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) with both constant and flexible planning methodologies.
• Assist in Long Term Planning, Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Capacity Planning activities.
• Customize and configure SAP Production Planning (PP) module including master data setup, planning strategies, MRP execution, and shop floor management.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP PP module and related integrations.
• Deep understanding of PP Master Data, Engineering Change Management, and Classification Info Records/System.
• Experience in MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand Management, and Shop Floor Execution.
• Familiarity with Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Serialized Manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of CIS/CIR and C-Folders for managing engineering and classification data.
• Proven experience in writing functional specifications, technical documentation, and test scenarios.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
