Role Purpose

The SAP PM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure smooth plant operations, equipment maintenance, and business process efficiency. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide end-to-end support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support

  end-to-end SAP PM module implementations, rollouts, and support projects

  .
• Configure and customize

  Plant Maintenance processes

  including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Handle

  master data management

  (equipment, functional locations, BOM, task lists, work centers).
• Develop and manage

  maintenance plans, notifications, work orders, and scheduling

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with

  MM, PP, FI/CO, and QM modules

  .
• Conduct

  requirement gathering workshops, gap analysis, and solution design

  .
• Prepare and review

  functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)

  .
• Support

  testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT)

  and provide end-user training/documentation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of SAP PM solutions.
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  and resolve incidents, service requests, and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of SAP PM experience

  in implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of

  PM processes

  : preventive, corrective, refurbishment, calibration, and breakdown maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in

  master data configuration

  and

  maintenance planning

  .
• Good understanding of

  integration with MM (materials), PP (production), and FI/CO (finance & controlling)

  .
• Experience in

  SAP S/4HANA PM

  (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Good to Have:

• SAP Certification in

  Plant Maintenance

  .
• Public and private cloud implementation experience
• Min 2 to 3 end to end S4Hana implementation experience
• Knowledge of

  Fiori apps for SAP PM

  .
• Experience in

  EAM (Enterprise Asset Management)

  transformation projects.
• Exposure to

  SAP PM mobility solutions

  .
