• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and support decision-making processes
• Experience in Consulting and understanding client business needs to develop tailored solutions
• Knowledge of Business Process optimization within supply chain management
• Expertise in managing and maintaining accurate Master Data to support system functionality
• Familiarity with Integration of SAP IBP and other enterprise systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Proven experience in SAP IBP implementation or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or*New Requirement -

• Location - Remote, but two days office visit in Pune, chakan location
• Contract - 1 year
• Shift - IST
• Experience - 5 + years
• Work on IBP Supply Integration with ECC, S/4HANA, BW & moreConfigure IBP Supply, S&OP (Heuristics/Optimizer), Lot Sizing, Safety StockCoordinate across teams — ECC/S4 Designers, IBP Designers, BW, Business & ITImplement & support multiple IBP Demand interfacesThink creatively when facing roadblocks — no silo mindset!Set up full planning flow: Demand → Supply → S&OPWork hands-on with Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, MTS/MTODocument system setups, issues, and solutionsSupport business stakeholders throughout all phases
• ⭐ Must-Have Skills
• ✔️ 2–3 full-cycle IBP implementations in manufacturing
• ✔️ Strong experience in time-series based Supply Planning & S&OP
• ✔️ Integration exposure with forecasting algorithms / ML libraries
• ✔️ Excellent communication with global teams
• ✔️ Awareness of SAP IBP roadmap (nice to have)
• 🧠 Bonus Skills
• APO/PP integration knowledgeProduct modelling, MRP, packaging domain experienceConfigure-to-Order / Engineer-to-Order understanding
