Job Summary:

SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to understand finance and controlling requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure SAP FICO modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
• Handle end-to-end implementation projects, including blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or enhancements.
• Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for existing SAP FICO configurations.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
• Train and support end-users in the usage of SAP FICO modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience in implementation and support roles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, etc.).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Familiarity with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
