Role :

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution architecture for Finance workstreams in a large-scale SAP program.
• Design, validate, and implement solutions in CFIN, FICA, and RAR aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive the Brownfield implementation approach by assessing existing ECC systems and designing optimal transition strategies to S/4HANA Finance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and system integrators to define requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Ensure solution design supports compliance with airline industry-specific regulatory and accounting standards.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP Finance capabilities and roadmap planning.
• Oversee integration with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data consistency and process automation.
• Guide and mentor functional consultants and ensure alignment to architectural standards.
• Required Skills & Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in SAP Finance solutions.
• Proven expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN), FICA, and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)modules.
• Hands-on experience in Brownfield S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the airline industry or large-scale global environments.
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes including intercompany, revenue recognition, and settlement processes.
• Experience in integration of SAP Finance with logistics, billing, and external systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in airline-specific finance processes, such as ticketing revenue accounting, interline settlement, or cargo finance.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience with large-scale transformation programs and working with global teams.
