SAP FICO Solution Architect

At Thoucentric, you will be involved in various problem statements, such as building capabilities to address market needs, solving specific use cases for clients, and developing new systems to enhance employer and client relationships. Your everyday tasks will revolve around engaging with challenging assignments that necessitate the best minds, focusing equally on organization development and client success. - **Solution Design and Architecture:** - Design and implement end-to-end solutions for SAP FICO, including integration with other SAP modules and external systems. - Provide architectural guidance for S/4HANA migrations and implementations. - Conduct feasibility studies and ensure alignment with business processes. - **SAP FICO Expertise:** - Configure and manage core SAP FICO modules, optimizing financial processes and reporting frameworks. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards such as IFRS and GAAP. - **Project Leadership:** - Lead cross-functional teams in SAP FICO projects, managing stakeholder expectations and change management initiatives. - Support system migrations, integrations, and user adoption efforts. - **Continuous Improvement:** - Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO and S/4HANA features. - Recommend and implement process improvements and innovations. - Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders. - **Technical Expertise:** - Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms, system migration, and transition strategies. - Familiarity with ABAP debugging, FIORI applications, and CDS views is a plus. - **Functional Expertise:** - In-depth understanding of SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules. - Experience in financial reporting, cost control, and compliance frameworks. - **Project Experience:** - Successful delivery of multiple SAP implementations and upgrades. - Ability to manage complex, large-scale projects effectively. - **Soft Skills:** - Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Leadership and mentoring capabilities. - **Education and Certification:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related fields (Master's preferred). - SAP FICO and S/4HANA certifications are highly desirable.
